Went in today to join, met with the manager that was busy picking her fingernails behind the desk. I had no idea that this location was no longer a part of gym plans through insurance (my company website has not been updated), but the manager assumed I was with Silver Sneakers...not 65 plus yet, but thanks for that. Then she rudely schooled me that the location did not take ANY insurance; must be too much work for her since she was so busy with her nails. Had the woman not looked so disheveled and been so rude, I might have given Anytime Fitness another chance, but no thanks, I canceled the membership with my company as soon as I went home...I would rather pay more and go to a gym that does not speak to potential new customers the way she did.

I share Caitlynn's experience below. The gym manager is totally unresponsive. I have sent an e-mail and left two voice mails saying I would like to join and could he call me to discuss. No replies. Today, I went by and the gym was locked - the sign said it was staffed at 1:30, but alas, nobody there..

Called to inquire about information and spoke to a gentleman named Anthony. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I went to sign up he made the process very easy and seamless. The gym is very clean with all the equipment in great condition. I highly recommend reaching out and getting a membership here!

I have been trying to contact the manager, Jonathan Pearson, since I cancelled back in August. I emailed him, left messages and texted him and have heard nothing. Yet he will text me to let me know I have a past due bill even though I should not have one because I have cancelled. He took my key fob back in August so I haven't even been able to use the gym since then! Even the Anytime Fitness Billing company have said he is being unprofessional and I have done my due diligence. If anyone knows of the area manager I would love to speak with them to get this resolved. I have all of the documentation showing proof of cancellation just trying to get this resolved.

I've been a member for three years back when it still had a new gym smell! It is well laid out,has a good range of free weights and machines, and is never so busy that you can't get a good workout.

I was very nervous about joining a gym... but I am so thankful I did. Desiree and her team are amazing! The gym is so clean and I have no fear of COVID!! (All precautions are taken). I feel so comfortable walking in and have really enjoyed the workouts. Took my first class today and will definitely do it again. I would definitely recommend everyone to go check it out.

We were visiting from Chicago and needed a place to workout. Desiree was so helpful, friendly and welcoming! My family of 5 worked out there twice and LOVED the gym. It was clean and had all the equipment we needed to get great workouts. They also had some fun equipment that we had never used before - like the rope pull and the sled machine with wheels! My daughter and I also took a yoga class, which we really enjoyed. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

I really liked the gym when I first joined, but it has really gone downhill in the past several months. From the comments it seems there was a change in management and maybe that is the issue. One thing I really enjoyed about this gym over others is that I could create an account on the cardio machines and track my progress and also sign into different apps to use during my workout. For the past several months, I rarely am able to sign into my account due to technical difficulties and the apps never work. I have mentioned this on several occasions and I am always told that it is being looked into, but nothing ever happens.

I traveled lot across US and visited multiple gyms during my weeks stay. This is one of the very good gym, very friendly manager, very clean facility, new equipment and most importantly manager Bri focus more on providing good service not on money. This is great gym for everyone.
