Wishing I could share a picture of the kayaks and the amazing employee who twice now in a week has helped us greatly. I can't remember his name but he was amazing!!!

This place has me in delay for my firearm more than 72 hours and I am having a safety issue. I'm getting my money back and going somewhere else. Very disappointing!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful unlike the same store 20 minutes west.

Nice store but I feel the store is only geared towards people who are average size. Need to add a big and tall section to accommodate people of all sizes. Can't remember the last time I spent money here.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Like so many places in Flint and Genesee County, customer service is their passion. I'd like to see plus sizes, and women's Carhart coats here in the future. :)

Regardless of deals seem to have a decent selection . Got a pair of boots for work $30.00.. this was a steal . Boxing bag with gloves & wraps. 70 bucks with clearance . I love this place .If want the best deal sign up for club you get constance deals discounts & flash sales. They are worth their weight when it comes to savings💯

This is like the story, "The little Engine that could"...sort of. This store is too big with too little employees. The 4 employees that actually do come in and work hard are doing all they can, but need to cover shifts and responsibilities …

We stopped at this location looking for a football girdle and found exactly what we needed (even though football season had already started) and as an added bonus, it was even on sale! The staff was very nice and friendly too. We'll definitely make this trip to this location again.

I went to this Dunham’s store today to find life preservers and also look at kayaks. There was not anyone in the store walking around to assist you with your purchase. I located the life preservers that I wanted and bought those and checked out. The store associate was very friendly and helpful. Bi went back to my car and realised that I wanted something else and came back in the store. I found the items by myself and went to check out and saw the same store associate. I said something to him like, “we’re back” and he walked right by us and did not say a word. I said, “I thought you were going to wait on us again.” To that, the associate said nothing. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get checked out as three other associates walked aimlessly around the store whilst the line to check out grew longer. Turns out that the cashier forgot to take all the electric devices off the people’s clothes in front of us so they had to come back in the store. Every associate should be “at the ready” to jump on a line to cash people out if the lines are long. That’s ridiculous!

Would have gave a five star, but there wasn't anyone to assist us in the gun department but one of the front end cashier told us that they leave before 5:00.
