Simply the best coach. The sessions with him made me stronger and more confident. Whether training for self defense or even weight loss it’s amazing !!!!! The place is very welcoming and coach Garcia always has the place clean and well maintained.

Classes are great for experienced and new fighters. The coach is incredible at explaining how each move works and giving examples of when to use them in competitions as well as self defense situations. The group is very welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions you might have as well as making you feel like you're part of the team. If you are interested in learning self defense or want to train competitively I highly recommend checking them out.

I have been to many gyms, but I’ve been going to this gym for about 4 years now, and there will never be another coach like Andre Garcia, I will never meet a coach as kind or as helpful and patient as he is with his students. He gives 100 percent all the time and my gym and my teammates are like my second family. I encourage you to come check us out!

This place literally saved my life. Andre is such an amazing coach. A super talented a brilliant fighter and instructor. Whether you just want to get in shape or you want to compete in bjj mma or kick boxing this is the best place around. Great team their like family. So happy I found this place.

I was visiting a friend and needed a place to train for a few days and came here. They welcomed me in with open arms as if I was apart of their academy. I signed a waiver and trained for a week free of charge. I would def recommend if your in the Holly/Flint/Detroit area.

Great group of people. The instructor has a black belt in BJJ AND IS AWESOME, especially with kids. He also has produced some talented MMA FIGHTERS and has done it himself. If you come here, you will receive lots of personal attention and learn great technique. The members are like a family.

Awesome place to train! Andre is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Friendly/ family like atmosphere with lots of different levels of experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable on my first day. Highly recommend if you’re in the Flint Area and want to give Jiu-Jitsu a try!
