Really take concerns to heart!! They listened to some concerns I had regarding the pool and updates have been made and it is just beautiful!! This facility cares so much about about their patients and members. Noelle in aqua therapy and Kim in massage therapy are fantastic!!

Kim is wonderful. I wish I could give HER 10 stars. Unfortunately the rooms she massages her patients in is miserably hot most days & I'd give it negative stars if possible. I have addressed it up to the executive level & still it is miserable. 53° outside & 72° in the room. With two fans up on tables blowing on you it will get up to 78° or higher.

Awesome experience my first time here. Olivia,who helped sign me up was, Great ! ! ! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant as she showed me around ! ! ! Definitely one to retain along as possible ! ! !

5/5 for Marisa who teaches: Pump it up, Abs, & Zumba classes. She is educated, always prompt, and very professional. Her classes have helped me reach my fitness and weight loss goals. Only 4/5 because the rest of the gym could always improve.

Insight Health and Fitness Center is an amazing gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer group classes or you can do your own workouts. I love the aqua classes in the pool.

I really Love going to Insight Health and Fitness Center. I have been going there for many many years! I mainly go for the pool To help my recovery to walk again. The lifeguards are awesome I have known them since I was 16 years old now 38. I guess that tells you how long i've been going there. Lol 😆 The staff are great and I definitely recommend getting a membership there. Thanks for Everything!

I have received nice care through Insight. The staff is awesome. Noelle does a good job. She's just only available for one hour a day. That doesn't give people much options. Bilal, the personal trainer does a good job. I like his encouragement . It helps for sure.I do have some areas though I'm not really thrilled with. One is in the pool. There's only one set of stairs to get in for patients. That isn't good or safe if it was to get busy. The hot tub would be better with more jets in it, especially for therapy patients.
