I cancelled my membership in person end of December 2019. They still took fees in Jan which overdrew my account, they attempted twice again in Feb which overdrew my account 2 more time and now attempting it again in March for the fees they didn’t get it Feb and March included. I’ve haven’t stepped into a club for over a year and was reassured my membership was cancelled in person and over the phone, 3 months later $325 later (including overdraft fees) I can’t get anyone to even respond to me. I have to now dispute charges with my bank . Horrible place to do business with stay away at all cost

Never been so disappointment and dissatisfied with the quality of service received. I tried to call to cancel my membership for financial reasons. After leaving several voicemails and sending several emails and being completely ignored for a MONTH I'm now forced to open a dispute with my bank for these charges. I will never sign up for another membership with snap fitness after being treated so poorly. If you can, avoid transferring your membership here at all costs.

Incredible place. 24/7 access, and the trainers are always willing to answer questions and help people with anything (like weight lifting form). Through using this gym, I have lost almost 30 lbs. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to everyone. They offer a wide variety of machines, as well as all of the free weights essentials. It's a clean, well kept place. Almost always a good temperature, and they play music overhead if you forget your headphones.

This gym just gets worse with each passing day. All the equipment is rickety and falling apart, particularly their benches. Try to lean your back against one in the incline position an get ready to sway left and right. This is particularly dangerous when you're holding hundreds of pounds over head. These benches have been in some stage of disrepair since the Perry rd. days and nobody ever fixes them, even in spite of all members being forced to pay a yearly *equipment update* fee. Not looking forward to that, as it comes in the Spring. I've seen them actually update equipment one time......the treadmills..........TWO YEARS AGO!!!!!A magnet for *bro's* and wannabe *insta-models.* It's not too obnoxious, but they don't know proper gym etiquette. Bro's will come in in large groups (5-10 people) and swarm multiple pieces of equipment, which they hog for hours at the expense of other paying gym members. When I say, "hog equipment," I mean the giant group will splinter into smaller roving tornadoes of annoyance and hog the only flat bench press, the only plate loaded leg press, AND one or BOTH squat racks, at the same time. Each group will then rotate to the next piece of equipment, ensuring all are used simultaneously, so no other member can use them. They also come in after staffed hours, often, swiping one paying member I.D. card, but letting all their non-paying friends in for free. I've continuously watched them do this for years. The staff never stops it. Which brings me to my next point. The staff never intercedes in any bad behavior. I've literally watched grown men THROW 110lbs dumbbells while trainers were present. Nobody says a word! That's dangerous. I've been injured in the past by some idiot throwing a dumbbell onto my foot.I stay because it's within walking distance from where I live. But I absolutely despise this gym and you will, too! 0/10 stars!

They charged my credit card and reoccurred my membership subscription without my permission for several months. I tried leaving numerous voicemails but nobody ever answered. Later I tried talking to the owner jeff about an issue with my account and he said he wasn't the one that dealt with the matter. When I talked to the lady at the front desk she said "there was no proof" that I didn't accept for my membership to be charged/renewed. She declined to give me any sort of refund and said she was doing me a favor by terminating my account without charging me for the next month. Incredibly angry customer. Was much more satisfied before Snap merged together.

Jeff the owner is awesome and friendly. He is very approachable and has helped me tremendously in a way that I never thought possible. I am now in the best shape of my life and I've lost over a hundred pounds. This gym has everything I need and they also have CROSSFIT..I came into this gym with an open mind and the result of my hardwork and coaching by the snap fitness staff (even when I wanted to quit early) has made a long term life changing impact on myself and family.

Snap Fitness Hill Rd is a clean friendly gym. The equipment is clean and well maintained. For the most part, the staff is friendly, knowledgable & curteous. You can't beat the hours.

My husband and I were members for over 10 years. The staff was amazing when Scott was there, When they merged the two gyms Flint and GB we stayed bc of Scott. Now is absolutely terrible, they yielded at you over the phone and don't let you talk and Jeff the "manager/owner" doesn't know anything abut customer service, don't understand how can he be a manager or owner....? To bad Scott is not there no more... maybe he could of teach him how to treat loyal customers... and I agreed with the rest of the reviews is always dirty! CHANGING GYM FOR SURE!

Too cramped and is usually pretty dirty. Staff is knowledgeable though Looks like they do a lot of training. Never been to the other locations
