Nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Unfortunately I do work late shifts and can’t make it back in time for a walk-in visit. I’m not much off a “Bad Review” guy buts it’s been 6 months (if not more) of continuous payments made without even being there. I’ve emailed and called COUNTLESS times with no answers in return.

Place is way too cramped, staff Aren’t very friendly. So many policies to nickel and dime an already expensive membership. Many other places to workout in Clio that will take care of you better than the MAAC. Basketball courts are the only value proposition worth the membership

Brought in my pregnant girlfriend so she didn’t have to sit in the car with these temperatures & all she did was stand there with me & are told I have to pay 50$ before coming back! That’s ridiculous. Staffing is very bad. NEEDS new staff with a Better attitude. Save your extra money and go to planet fitness!!!

Facility was fine but when i got a new debit card in the mail and missed a payment they sent me to collections without any warning and then it was jumping through hoops to cancel my membership. Then they tried billing me again 6 months later. It was the most complicated gym to cancel a membership and a huge pain to do it.
