Anuttara yoga is an awesome studio for those with an advance practice. It’s strict on its students following the instructor & not doing their own thing. But, they are lax on timeliness, so it’s ok to arrive late (but be quite 🤫). It’s heated & is 1 1/2 hrs. They are accepting to all & has a great community, but as stated, it’s advanced so be ready for a workout. I advise bringing a mat, towel, and PLENTY of water.

The studio is warm and inviting; you can't help but feel at peace within the space. Tatiana at the front desk is a bright ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air when you check in. Our yoga guides, Sean, Michelle, & Philip, embody what yoga is and are so knowledgeable and kind. It's truly such a pleasure to practice with each one of them. Anuttara Yoga is a home away from home and I am so grateful to have found a studio that nourishes my yoga practice.

I was just stopping through to get more information on a yoga training I’ll be starting in a few months. And it was just before a sound bath was supposed to start. It was my first time in the building and I instantly felt apart of the community. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I changed my plans and stayed for the donation based sound bath which I also love that it makes it accessible for anyone and everyone. The space felt so energetically pure and aligned. It was a bit warm but that's Florida summer. Can’t wait to start my training there! :)

Took a hot yoga class here on Thursday morning with Sean. I do hot yoga weekly but here it was a little deeper than yoga. If you are looking for a workout with a mix of a soul deep spiritual type of yoga flow this is the spot. To me this was a nice refreshing flow to break away from the everyday flow of yoga. Thank you Sean this was very nice. Just one note they have showers and cubbies just no locker room so make sure to prepare accordingly and bring a towel.

A traditional studio with a stylish twist. This place resembles a church, yoga school, and modern resort all in one! Philip is a master at what he does and the Anuttara style is unlike any other yoga class. It’s challenging for the mind, body and spirit. You HAVE to try a class if you’re in the area!
