Unfriendly. Poor communication. Classist attitude. Plenty apperatuses, Almost no machines you'd find in a real gym. This place sucks! Go elsewhere!Retort to owner:Exactly! No meaningful interaction, just mike the trainer asking me how much I'm willing to spend and when I answered, "how much will it cost?" I got the boot! Classist attitude bro! I didn't say anything that wasn't 100% accurate, you fool!

I can't express my gratitude for everyone involved in Catalyst.i have 3yrs sober Praise God after 25yrs. On drugs.i hv never worked out until now n they hv all made me feel so comfortable,helping explain how all the equipment works,cheering me on when it gets challenging,to praying w me.They hv become my family

Don’t waste your time at this gym. Front of house is a mess. Trainers are very good.

Friendly, knowledge and very supportive. This is not your typical gym. Jonathan, Nick and Anthony, really listen and want you to succeed. This isn't your neighborhood "meat market".Catalyst is the real deal.

Love it! Smaller classes, circuit training. Personalized workouts and nutritional meetings. Great team and owners and a great comrodeery with the other clients. I've been going 13 months now and am fitter and stronger than ever.

I started with Catalyst Fitness at 235 pounds and a bodyfat level over 30%. With the group training techniques and very qualified trainers and nutritionist, I was able to get down to 185-190 pounds at just under 20% bodyfat. They are especially attuned to the over 40 members and their body limits. Worth joining.

It's disappointing this establishment did not offer what they advertised to get me in through their doors in the first place. I saw an Ad similar to this one stating12 weeks program for women. Met Anthony who was courteous and did a decent analysis of what i need to do to attain my goal. Then came the price which was higher than other gyms who have been in business longer with higher reviews but the disappointment came when i wasn't even informed of or given the offer of the 12 weeks program that they advertised. Made a decision to go to another trainer and I do wish them well but felt like it was all a sales gimmick to get you in and stick you on a 12 months contract @ $45 per session for 2 recommended sessions per week for 4 weeks do the math. The location is inconveniently located literally right at the break in lanes on Sunrise to continue on Federal. The traffic and wait time to exit the gym was ridiculously long as everyone was rushing. The gym was clean and well equipped. I gave them a 2 star due to the lack of transparency and luring customers on a program they are not offering you when you get there. Oh and I was never offered a pic like the customers they signed up maybe I'm not as good looking lolol JK !!! ;)

I just registered, and so far everything is amazing.Anthony, one of the owners, is extremely friendly, professional and communicative. Autumn, one of their trainers, is also very friendly and professional. She is also very patient and makes you feel good throughout the process.I'm really looking forward to seeing the results.
