After covid stopped cleaning or repairing old machines. Many now broken. More expensive then other gyms. No pool or extras. Older crowd

This is exactly the type of gym I was looking for, not the big factory style. This is very nice clean and quiet. Staff is super friendly and the machines are mostly available to use. It’s a very cozy place and the towels are provided which is fantastic! So glad I found this place.

Hands down the best gym & best trainers! Nick is my trainer & has helped me transform my body! In just 5 months he helped me lose 10 lbs of fat & drop a full dress size!!! He gave me nutritional advice that still allows me to enjoy my guilty pleasures. I only get to go 1 time a week & still have seen amazing results! I can use the equipment even if I don’t have a training session. I have found such better results here than spending the same amount for yoga or spin classes. I can not thank you enough for my bikini body & I’m 44!

A relaxed gym especially good for those looking for a "private" gym but don't want to invest in all the equipment. Plenty of cardio but few free weights. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.
