When I first experienced someone from a Crossfit gym I was really annoyed and turned off by the thought of it. A year later I found FVCF and decided to try it out. It’s been almost two years and I’m still loving every minute of it. It’s real, it also people setting goals and forging friendships along the way. Small classes mean more attention and assistance from the coaches which is rare for the average Crossfit gym. It’s defined a fitness family here!

I tried the free 1-week trial and was really pleased. The programming is intentional and well balanced. The coaches are kind and flexible. The equipment is clean and in great condition. But most importantly, the community is awesome. Everyone is extremely friendly, approachable and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for having me!

One of the things I dreaded about moving to Fort Lauderdale was finding a new gym, but this place has been super welcoming! New to CrossFit completely but the coaches are patient and thorough and all of the members have been really nice!

This is an incredible gym! If you're someone who has been hesitant to start CrossFit because it's intimidating/the culture is too intense/the workouts are too far beyond your abilitites/it's scary, this is the gym for you. The coaching staff are incredibly nice and will scale the workouts to ensure you get results without hurting yourself. The community is amazingly friendly and supportive, and it's not just in-gym workouts - beach volleyball, yoga, even swimming are all "bonuses" of a membership here. We have high school students, parents, and every age and skill level in between so nobody gets left out.Highly, highly recommend even trying your first week of CrossFit here to see if it's something you can get into. I can almost promise you that you will :).

If you are looking for gym that naturally becomes an extension to your family this is the one. With a group of passionate coaches you will find the ability to improve wither your goals are basic fitness all the way to complex skills.This is a gym you will quickly realize that extends far beyond the four walls of the training facility. From member get together, to beach days, to yoga classes, to swimming this group truly is the most diverse and unique across all platforms.If you are debating CrossFit as a sport or are a seasoned athlete looking for a new home, I would highly recommend Flagler Village.

Amazing box! The coaches are extremely knowledgable and have at their heart your best interest. They help you scale the workouts if needed, push your limits where needed and help you grow as an athlete. They have a lot of classes, thus it is not overcrowded and they have the possibility to concentrate and help each member. It is the cleanest box I have ever been. The community is great, very friendly and supportive members . If you consider doing crossfit this is the place to be.

This is a great CrossFit community! Thanks everyone for welcoming me during my two weeks in Ft Lauderdale this winter. Loved loved loved this CrossFit community - everyone was so friendly, the coaching was fantastic & attentive - and I love the environmentally conscious ethic (reusable cups, towels, etc)! It's even dog friendly! If I lived there this would be my CrossFit home! ;-) Highly recommend!
