If you want a challenge, I highly suggest this place! Every workout is different and helps you get into better shape! On top of that, Kevin and Carolina truly care about each customer and want to see them reach their goals. It's also very clean and the classes are never too full.

Not just a gym, the coaches and members start to feel like family. Everyone is so motivating and encouraging! Hands down best workouts I’ve ever had, and each work out is different, challenging and exciting! I highly recommend checking them out, you won't regret it!

HIT Fitness is a hidden gem! Let me start off by saying the coaches are motivating, encouraging and most of all they keep things fun. No workout is ever the same, which is amazing because it keeps your body changing and that’s when you start seeing results. I love that it’s not only a gym but more of a family. The environment this gym has just makes you want to keep crushing it!

I was looking for a gym that is not your cookie cutter corporate gym chain and I found it here at Hit Fitness Warehouse. I love the focus on training using everyday objects instead of like the other guys, the tire flip is by far my favorite. Also, they have great group sessions and a real sense of family helps to support my goals. I can even join my sessions online when I am out of town, so this is perfect for my schedule. Thanks Kev and Carolina for the Hit Fitness experience. Highly recommended.

I have been going to hit fit for 2 months now and there are 3 things that make this gym different from any classes I've done in the past. First the coaches, they bring incredible energy with positive reinforcement every time that motivates you no matter what level you are at. Second the routines, they work to keep the exercises diverse and constantly changing so you have to adapt and activate all muscles groups training actual functional fitness. Finally the gym, this place is kept spotless with constant cleaning during and after sessions and a great atmosphere to help keep the intensity up. I have seen great improvements in my own health and body as they continue to challenge me weekly and I love every step of the journey with them.

Voted Best Gym in Fort Lauderdale and I know why -- commit for a month and so will you. I joined when I saw a picture of myself -- just turned 50 and the pounds just kept clinging. My knees hurt, my back -- geez...I'm active too - I can cycle 15 miles any given Sunday. My normal routine was no longer working. On a Tuesday I committed to find a solution , I was on a mission...now or never. I saw the 4.9 rating H.I.T Warehouse had and decided to see what they could do for me. H.I.T Warehouse has a holistic approach. The coaches each establish their own relationship with you and push you to your personal best, each class. Safety is always paramount -- and the exercises and stations keep you so busy before you know it the workout is finished. Guess what? They support your nutritional needs as well. I shared my goals with them and did a cleanse and then a 21 day program -- lost 15 pounds I have the before and after picts! I feel so comfortable and am so proud of my hard work - beyond grateful to call this gym my home and now a lifestyle. Today, I felt the muscles in my core -- I can't be sure but I think there just might be the beginning of some ab muscles!
