I've been practicing yoga on and off for almost 15 years now and LOY is by far my favorite studio. Classes are small and intimate and my practice has grown exponentially. The teachers are fantastic. I just renewed my annual membership because this is a community I want to be a part of. It has truly become my happy place

I've personally experienced yoga before, but now I'm getting into the flow of wanting to be more consistent with going. I started with the foundations session, and it was amazing.I love the space in the heart of a busy Las Olas. You forget that you're in the heart of such a high-profile location due to the environment of the studio. I have to drive about 40 min for a class, but I can say from the scenery to the space inside the studio, and all the material you need for a successful session is already handy. They have the cleaning products as well to wipe down any mats or objects afterward.Parking was not bad due to the early morning session. But maybe a later session on a weekend you'd run into some issue with available parking so I'd advice to arrive earlier than your session time.

My good friend Laurie invited me to this cute boutique yoga studio. I’ve been there a few times with Amanda class and today with Laurie and Tammy. I had a wonderful experience with all class but one class I think it’s very special class for me was Summer Solstice class from Amanda and Laurie perform the drum and singing bowls throughout the class (this is one of a time). I love this studio. Highly recommend you to check it out. Everyone here is nice people. Glad this exist in my city. The community need this kind of business to create a better living city to our community.

I really love that place, I found funny/warm/peaceful/ environment as their people as well. I really don’t care about driving 25-35min to enjoy that place and their people💕.I stopped practicing yoga, I didn’t want to have other place where to practice it and I’m glad I came back.

Yesterday I went to my first yoga class ever. It was a wonderful experience. The place is clean, very clean, and the instructor and the students are very friendly and polite. I was surprise that yoga really stretches. You really gives it a great workout. I thought it was in my mind before I did it I didn’t realize how much it tones and works the body body muscles. I will be back again.
