When I signed up for this gym I was mainly counting on working out on the weekends but the gym is packed and the sessions are unorganized. Gets frustrating when there is no instructions and you have to stop in the middle of an exercise because you are not in the right station.

I would give more stars if possible. Hands down one of the best workouts I've ever experienced and I strongly suspect that this is the best workout in south Florida. I'm in town visiting family this week and I was eager to try this place. Legacy is a sports conditioning studio that uses partner-based HIIT/interval training with three core areas of focus: strength, performance and conditioning. It has several locations and a very dedicated client base. It reminds me of Cut Seven in DC or Tone House in NYC, two of the premier workouts for their respective cities with similarly devoted customers. If I lived down here I would probably be in Legacy everyday. This review is based on two classes with Yordano and Rich as coaches, both of whom introduced themselves to me before class and made sure I felt comfortable in a new environment. The vibe at Legacy is warm and friendly but also intense in a positive way, you're there to work. At Legacy, you train with a partner at timed stations as you go through each station once during a workout. Sometimes you and your partner are each doing a different exercise, other times you may be waiting for your partner to complete his/her exercise and then you switch. The facility is packed with stuff and immaculately clean. For patrons, there is also trademarked canned water and sports drinks available for purchase. The restrooms are a bit small but surprisingly clean, which is not something you can count on at most fitness facilities. The workouts are challenging and it can be tough to keep track of each station, however, the moves are demoed by the coaches and written on a dry erase board. The coaches will walk around and offer pointers and help correct form. For instance, Yordano corrected my bear crawl technique and it eased the pressure in my shoulders during my strides. Rich was a terrific motivator and it reminded me of early morning wrestling practices in high school. Participants will find some equipment that they have likely seen or used before, like a pull up bar, lat pulldown or leg extensions, and then some less common equipment like a curved treadmill or rogue echo bikes. The goal is to compete with yourself to get better and, despite being a challenging workout, it's also a lot of fun. So give it a shot!

Three words: NO DAYS OFF. Feeling grateful and excited to walk over to my workouts each and every morning knowing I’m not taking a day off on myself. I appreciate the passion and good energy received every class with this amazing legacy fitness community. A big thank you to Dean and Yordano (the trainers) for putting your heart into what you guys do (it makes a difference) and for pushing us to be the best versions of ourselves. I appreciate how the trainers correct my form and encourage preventative measures to reduce injuries while still pushing our limits. I love the partner interval training concept which has helped with accountability and making new friendships. I look forward to all the cool/fun events they throw where I can get a great workout in and bond with our Legacy Fam. The gym has great equipment, music, variety, and is always clean.Thinking about checking out Legacy Fit- FTL? Do it, you won’t regret it! ;-)

Such a great local gym. I love that I am building a fitness community where everyone pushes you to work harder. The coaches are great at holding you accountable making sure you show up, push yourself each day and they even make you fresh coffee before class starts. When signing up Dean was very clear about pricing and very accommodating and Customer service oriented if any issues arise. Also the gym is always very clean and the workouts are different every class. I immediately started seeing results in my body.
