Tony went out of his way to help me get in a training session on my vacation. The facility has a great atmosphere as well!

Let's start with I have had back pain for more than 10 years(3-5 on the pain scale daily) I have been to many different doctors with little to no relief. I have tried chiropractors, done epidurals(for years) and regular docs... with no long term relief. The pain kept me out of the gym for most of the 10 plus years. I was referred to Tony for treatment several years ago. (When you are in constant pain you will try anything to be pain free, or close to it) So my journey started with Tony. Over the course of about a year, he treated me with ART and taught me exercises in his gym that has changed my life. I am currently 90%pain free on a daily bases and back in the gym working out. My life has completely changed for the better. I have lost about 30lbs and I can now walk my dogs without any issues. If you give Tony a chance...... it is worth every penny!!!!!

Tony has been my coach now for just over a year. It was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. 5 years ago I suffered a back injury that would flare up every single time I got to certain weights. I would back off, lower them and feel the pain again once I got to a certain point. This cycle continued for 4 years before I was recommended to Tony by a friend. After a consultation I signed up for just a month of coaching to see if he could truly help me with the discomfort I felt for years where previous trainers had failed. Within this short time, with his guidance and precise eye for detail, I noticed not only less pain but I was getting stronger and more effective at my lifts. I haven’t looked back since. The constant weekly flare ups which were a 9/10 before have turned into a once in a blue moon occurrence. And on the rare occasions I do feel the discomfort, it is significantly less than what I felt previously. This is a man who truly cares for the goals/health of EVERY SINGLE PERSON that steps foot into his gym. It doesn’t matter if you’re a member or just there for a day pass. He wants you to succeed and stay healthy while doing it.

I had lower back pain for over 10 years due to my kyphosis and working in the restaurant business all my life. After learning some stretches and exercise from Tony, I haven't had pain, AT ALL, in almost a year. I really appreciated how the trainers would humbly offer to help each other's clients with no ego or pride involved.

Amazing gym! So special to have an indoor AND an outdoor space!! All the equipement we needed was there.

Hands down the best powerlifting gym in Fort Lauderdale, if you’re looking for a real gym with quality equipments this is that gym . Key entry gym , open 365 and stays open late . If there is any issues with the equipment the owner Tony has the problem fixed immediately. Although this is a strength training gym , the trainers are there to help with anyone who is new so you never feel uncomfortable. Again this gym is a serious powerlifting strength training facility. The deadlift areas and the squat racks are all clean and really the best quality I’ve seen . I highly recommend coming here and see it for yourself.

Didn’t really have the equipment I was looking for. Mainly just free weights, powerlifting equipment. Everything outside is rusty. The equipment on hand is a bit dusty. A deep layer of dust on top on a lot of the equipment. Looks like they didn’t clean much. The music is too loud. The area isn’t the safest. I saw a man shoot up heroine across the street.

Tony is a great host. Made sure I had everything I needed. This gym has everything a competitive powerlifter needs. So glad I stumbled upon this gym on vacation! Will definitely be back

Fantastic old school style feeling while having any kind of specialty bar, kg/lb plates, and accessory machine you could think of! As well, the first impression of the owner Tony is he’s crazy passionate about the facility he’s built and will do anything to make your experience comforting. This will be my visit gym anytime I’m in Ft. Lauderdale!

Today’s was my first day here and this place is amazing they have the best equipment for a affordable priceReset has all of the equipment I have been looking for such as tires, battle ropes and sleds and an area for boxing they have every thing my previous gym lacked and the atmosphere and equipment is exactly what I needed Because this equipment allows me to see my real strength and also they have a monkey bar this place is like an adult playground and the coaches are very attentive and they explained how to work the equipment without me asking and that is very excellent customer service
