Uniquely different than traditional combat self defense; very collaborative and less competitive which is perfectly suited for young children. The professors provide enthusiastic instructions and discipline to guide students along their journey to growth and confidence.

Starting your day with training is better than any cup of coffee or energy drink. I encourage everyone to try a morning session at some point if you have never done it before. Instructors are patient and the real deal, they know their stuff. Classmates are welcoming with everyone growing and learning together. We keep each other motivated and encouraged. Jujitsu family.
