I’ve been a member of Team Soul Miami (love that place!) for some time now and decided to try out the Ft. Lauderdale location. And, I can say that when it comes to Soul, whether it’s the Miami or the FTL location, both places feel like a second or third :) home because it’s still Soul coaches, programming, and community. All the coaches are super knowledgable and care about the members and are willing to help everyone reach their goals however they can. They have coached and helped me from learning how to just hold an empty barbell to max out on a lift on one. There's also something really special about the Soul community. While the coaches have taught me and pushed me, so have the members. It’s a judgment free place where everyone tries to encourage others.Whether someone wants to get better at CrossFit, weightlifting, or just wants to work on their fitness, I cannot recommend this place enough!
