Amazing workout in the boxing/arms/HIIT 45 minutes class. I take classes to work out like this - harder than I ever would on my own. I was only here for a visit with my folks, otherwise I would for sure return for more.

The Office 954, is the best workout studio in the entire South Florida region. I’ve been to many high-end boutique studios in different parts of the country, and I can say this place tops them all!! Jamie, the owner of the studio has designed something so unique that it’s even worth driving an hour back and forth or longer. One big reason is that this place has it all for any male or female, looking to get into the healthiest and most toned shape physically and mentally possible.I don’t write many reviews about gyms/studios because many of them are way over hyped but not this place, this spot is a hidden gem 💯

Our family was visiting Fort Lauderdale for a week and The Office was a block from our vacation rental.My wife and I went to a class each morning of our trip and it was an awesome way to start each day!Very welcoming people and great trainers at the gym. High energy classes with lots of variety.We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

The Office is the coolest boutique fitness studio. Very clean, fun lighting, and knowledgeable fitness staff. The trainers know what they are doing, take fitness seriously, and make sure you are maintaining proper form and using the correct technique while exercising. Office classes are so transformative, I saw results after a week. I’ve also done Jamie Maitland’s 21 DAY RESET program and I'm really, really happy with my body transformation! It would be impossible for me to give Jamie Maitland and The Office a higher recommendation, the level of experience and the care put into training at the Office are on another level.

I love this place. I am someone that likes to switch it up and go to multiple gyms. This place makes it easy because they offer so many different type of classes! Love that it is small and intimate so you are not one of many, so they can help correct if you aren’t doing something right. Very welcoming staff! Looking forward to keep attending classes!

Stumbled onto this spot via Class Pass: what a gem!! I was just looking to add some variety to my workout routine each week & I've fallen in love with the programming at The Office. You're gonna work your butt off in these classes, but you get what you give. The boutique gym vibe, the lights, the music ... I'm here for ALL OF IT. Priscilla is my favorite. She's super creative with movements, none of her classes are the same & the chic has a serious playlist. Thank you for shaking up my routine.

This studio was BY FAR the coolest fitness studio I have ever been to. The workout was intense and amazing all at the same time, HIGHLY recommended, and this is coming from someone who lives in NYC.

amazing studio! whether you are 20 or 50 there is something for you! the trainers are all extremely versed and professional. The variety of different workouts are fun and effective, you will never be bored. If you want to feel good, look good and be in a good happy place visit THE OFFICE 954!

WOW!!!! This place is not only filled with the best energy & vibes but the atmosphere & ambiance while working out is what I've really needed in a work out studio. Jamie is very welcoming to new & experienced gym-goers & really makes you feel comfortable. The instructors are all highly trained & experienced and you can tell they know what they're doing. The playlists are always on point & the black-lights/lighting really create a great work-out space that is extremely inviting & pleasing to the eyes. The Office 954 has a great selection of trendy leggings, cut off shirts & hoodies that are a must! The boxing gloves are fierce & I love using my Cheetah print gloves in the classes! I am so glad to have finally found a place I feel so at home with! Thank you Jamie for this amazing studio!! I am already feeling the BURN!!!
