Had a great class with Sean! He delivered the class beautifully and had us breathing and flowing. Loved it!! I would highly recommend and will definitely attend again!

TRY IT! Omg so I was looking for a yoga studio and a friend of mine recommended this studioIn Ftl. Unlike any other yoga place I've been to and I'm not just saying that. This was different from the second you walk in it smells like a beautiful spa the staff here is so friendly and welcoming they knew everyone by name and when I was leaving the class she remembered my name ( that was a nice little touch for me )the instructors here has such a unique flow and I've been doing yoga for a hot minute. Oh not to mention its hot yoga ( my skin is glowing) I was recommended hot yoga for my knee pain… so many people on the class were recovering induvials from back pain stress anxiety and all were raving about how things have changed since doing hot yoga here. I was so bummed because I live on the west side coming out here after work with traffic would be hard… THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS one in Weston 🙌🏾Guys try it! I'm in love I can't rave about this enough

Wonderful yoga studio! If you're looking for an alternative to some of the other studios in the area that sometimes tend to become packed, then this might be a good option for you. Yoga Factory has a roomy feel with high ceilings, ample floor space, and not too many students per class.Teachers are generally excellent. Everyone I'm sure has their own favorite teachers but, for me, I've found that Sean Greentree; Amanda Milian; Judy Rose; Caryn Pritchett; and Mike Oliveira are simply outstanding. Their sequencing is really smart; their classes are challenging; and they teach with an energy that is calming yet energizing. Great teachers who genuinely want to support you in your individual journey.

I love Molly Weintraub Yoga at Yoga Factory! Molly's classes are fun, challenging, and accessible - there's truly something for everyone and I always leave feeling great. Yoga Factory is a warm and beautiful studio full of smiling faces, friendly people, and amazing yoga teachers.

Amanda M.…one of the best yoga classes! Amanda is a real pro. she’s excellent at reading the room. the instruction is super clear and she does some great individualized adjustments! The most amazing teachers!!! I love how they all have a unique style of teaching and are able to share that with us. It’s great to get to learn and pick up a little bit of everything from various instructors. I also really appreciate getting direction and adjustments. Love the addition of the FIT classes. Great place.

I joined Yoga Factory because I found out one of my favorite teachers Molly Weintraub is now with this studio. Her teaching style is so engaging and her positive energy is contagious. You can’t help but leave her class vibrating higher! I’ve also had the pleasure of taking some classes with other teachers there and wow…they are also fantastic and each offer a different experience. I highly recommend this studio, from the minute you enter you are greeted with such a warm reception. The owner Laurie is really present in all operations.

I’ve been in search for a yoga spot and was over joyed when attending my first ever yoga class here at yoga factory and fitness. The vibes are set with a beautiful lobby that smells amazing and a massive yoga room that is spacious and inviting. From the front desk to the teachers all the staff members are amazing!!
