The Yoga Warehouse and the experienced, attentive teachers are the real deal! Classical Hatha Yoga, within an ancient unbroken lineage. No “western gimmicks”. The teachings are very, very pure, and are taught in the same way as they have been throughout the ages. As far as I’m concerned, the ONLY way to practice Yoga. Truly life transforming!

i LOVE Yoga Warehouse! It’s space and teachers are truly the best for my head and my body. I never feel like I’m being pushed too hard, but often feel the gentle nudge of light hands helping me breathe deeper into a pose at just the right time. After years of “trying” different types of yoga , it’s through this Sivananda practice that I’ve learned to quiet myself with yogic breathing.Yoga Warehouse is by far my favorite place to get my yoga on! #yogastoned

Wonderful urban yoga studio in downtown Ft. Lauderdale teaching classical Hatha yoga. Instructors are kind and patient, willing to assist with poses and techniques. A great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
