Nice & clean gym. Part of the health system I use, Holy Cross Hosp& it’s private practices.However, staff is unfriendly. Cold & rude.

Been going there ten years...changed my life totally! Lost 38 lbs. in a couple years and never gained it back. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love the place!

It's a wonderful center for a healthy lifestyle. I have one issue and that is the unfriendly people they hire to put on the front desk. Some don't care if you are living or dead-at least that is the impression they give. I walked in this morning and there were two people at the desk, one was starring into space like she was bored to tears and wished she was any place else. The other was just there doing nothing and was too lazy to say hello. It is a black mark against an otherwise great place. I'm relating on ly instance this goes on most ever day. Yes there are some people who are genuine and some who are pretending to be-you can see right through them. I wish someone would take this seriously and give these people some social etiquette and customer support training.
