This is a great place to work out for any age, but especially for those that need low impact exercise on the joints. The work outs are still challenging though. The heat and isometric exercises are great for toning and strengthening!

Hot Worx is the best workout, I have been a member for 2 weeks and I go workout 4-5 days a week and I feel like I am actually accomplishing a good workout. I have had memberships other places and the people that work there don't remember you, but everyday I am greeted by name. I would definitely recommend them as a great gym.

It’s definitely in a class of its own!!!The awesome thing is that doesn’t feel like a workout at all because I never feel exhausted coming out. Instead I feel refreshed!!! Plus the staff is amazing, which makes it simply a wonderful experience!!!
