I look forward to classes at Chill Yoga evey week. Christine does an amazing job of bring years of knowledge and dedicated study to her practice. When I first took one of her classes, it was an elective course in college that I thought would be a fun and stress free way to fulfill a requirement. Here we are, far after the semester is over and I still find just as much enjoyment as when I started!The practice I have received at Chill Yoga has given me a healthy and well-rounded understanding of the art, and in turn, has provided me significant tools to strengthen both my body and mind! 10/10 Would Recommend!!!

I came across this studio while I was attending university at Purdue Fort Wayne and I was able to make a really good connection with the yoga instructor and she is a very kind kind soul that has true intent behind what she is doing. I recommend her to anyone.

Chill yoga- the name explains it all. This is the first yoga place I have felt at home. Christine is the best, she will become your friend, your mother, your shoulder to cry on. Every person I have been in class with has had a story and soon realizes they are not alone. It is more than yoga; it is a safe place, a place to be heard, a place to grow, a place to feel love.

The yoga pose, becoming flexible, or hand stands are not the goals of yoga. I met Christine through college elective courses and immediately was drawn to her techniques and skilled approach to teaching the fundamentals of yoga and beyond. I never shut off so this was life style changing for me. These classes guide you to create harmony between the mind and the body, while introducing you to "your personal yoga journey". She has created a safe space that allows you to create a "yoga journey", that opens your mind to appreciating your body as well as becoming aware of the mind and the noise it can create in the fast paced world we live in. Chill Yoga is an excellent way to decompress and unplug with an amazing, seasoned, and gifted Yogi, in a zen environment; with incredible and diverse human beings. Taking time for yourself to shift your focus and your heart will allow you to grow mentally and physically in a positive manner. Christine has changed how I view yoga. It’s been a breath of fresh air to walk into that space each week. The first yoga experience I’ve had that challenges me to slow down and listen to my body with such intention. A time each week for me release my need to accomplish and instead just “be”. I leave each time feeling more connected to myself and the universe. This place is for everyone. Blessed to have met Christine and experienced chill yoga.
