I've been a CrossFiter for 10 years and have dropped in at various gyms. CrossFit Praus is by far one of my favorites! The staff was super friendly, the programing challenging yet interesting, and the gym dogs are the best! It truly felt like my home gym and if I lived in the area would be my gym. I hope work brings me back to the area so I can drop in again.

For 30 years I walked for exercise. Since joining CrossFit Praus four years ago, I live my life in a different body -- so much stronger and healthier in all ways than ever before. I look forward to working out here 6 times a week because the people inspire me, the workouts are challenging and awesome at the same time, and I always have something interesting to look forward to. I climbed a rope for the first time two months ago -- @ 56! Lol! I love it here.

A great gym that is super friendly and welcoming to “drop ins” like me visiting from out of town on the holidays! People really go out of their way to introduce themselves to you and talk. The facility is large and has very nice equipment and space

Awesome CrossFit box, good facilities and equipment. Very nice coaches and members that will meet you with open arms.So if you're ever in Fort Wayne CrossFit Praus is definitly worth to stop by.
