Mindful Movements is an amazing studio that will work one on one with you to reach your goals. An added bonus is being taught by such educated instructors that teach you about how your body moves and works.. I highly recommend.

I have been doing private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions with Rebecca Bell for a dozen years. This has helped me stay flexible and maintain a strong core. She understands the specific needs of each of her clients and tailors a plan to build strength and avoid injury. I have also done mat classes, Melt, TRX and Stretchfit at Mindful Movements and have found each of these techniques useful at different stages of my fitness journey.

I have been very impressed with Rebecca’s knowledge of every muscle in your body and how to tailor a workout to meet your personal needs. I appreciate the variety of classes that are offered. I have enjoyed the MELT, reformer and Pilates mat classes. All of the instructors are well trained, friendly, and willing to offer adaptations to accommodate your ability.

Mindful Movements has changed my outlook on exercise. With a variety of different classes, privates, and excellent instructors I was able to find a suitable exercise for me. The new Spin program is awesome and the BarreAMPED class is something everyone needs to try!
