The front desk girl is awesome! She fixes everything. They are very helpful. This is like a family. One team one family! If you need extra help you get it without shame. Everyone is curtious and respectful, yet personable and passionate about karate.

My husband and I decided to join last August (2020). We are both over 50 and were out of shape. All the instructors at all locations have instructed us in some way or form. They encouraged us to do what we could and strive for more next class. Personally, the instructors are very patient and encouraging. I love that we not only study martial arts, but also train on self defense. Since I started my health and strength have improved immensely. I would encourage anyone my age range or older to come and experience the amazing people who work here. The younger kids are all so respectful and confident. They do an excellent job working with all the kids. Definitely would have brought my kids when they were young!
