April is an amazing instructor! She really understands the anatomy and overall composition of the body. She truly cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed at all levels. Super knowledgeable! Always attending workshops/conferences to further her skills and understanding in order to better serve her clients. Would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been a client of April Schultz, Premier Pilates for over 3 years. I had back pain and a hip injury. My physical therapist recommended pilates as a good program to develop the muscle strength and muscle coordination needed to feel better again, and she specifically, recommended April Schultz .Through the many various pilates exercises, April has been teaching me how to recruit the correct muscles for movement to get stronger and stop compensating with the wrong muscles. I've been gaining core stability strength, balance & better posture. April is very attentive to details and she has helped me develop the strength needed to do the things I enjoy. My back has been pain-free for quite awhile. My husband, seeing my improvement, has become a client of April to work through his shoulder and ankle injuries.I've also have taken the various pilates mat classes that April teaches on line, allowing me to participate from home.I highly recommend April Schultz – Premier Pilates.

April makes it easy to follow along with great analogies and pointers for pushing the movements further. The Dynamic Stretch class is amazing for working those muscles out after a long week!
