Steppin' Up Physical Therapy

Great place to receive physical therapy, all the staff are nice and attentive and are very considerate . It’s a very diverse environment and they make therapy fun . I would recommend this place to anyone seeking rehabilitation or physical therapy services

I had a fantastic experience at this place with Lauren and Jorge! I had a pretty bad leg and ankle break. They got me from relearning how to walk to being able to regain a majority of my functions back. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I really want to write a bad review ONLY because I want to keep my therapist to myself. I swear if I did not see him I would not have a good quality of life albeit always in pain therapy gets me by for sure. NO I WON'T TELL YOU THEIR NAME I do not like sharing LOL iykyk

Thanking all the staff at Stepping-up on South Calhoun, for their excellent work. I came in with lower back pain, today is my last day of OPT. My back has been better since the second week of therapy. Now I’m able to do much more. Even going back to to Work. I’m proud to say that I have no more lower back pain, Thanks Stephen, Desmond, Lauren, and the rest of the Staff. You all are Awesome.

This is second time here and the staff are very kind and considerate. I worked with Jorge before and was shocked how knowledgeable and well trained he is. They push you there but not more than you can handle. I actually been to other places and pushed you like you were training for a triathlon. Which only left you so sore the next day you were not able to do the exercises they wanted you to do at home. So anyone needing to go to physical therapy I would highly recommend checking them out 💯%. Going there is truly a enjoyable experience.

I had a great result working with Jorge. I was sore and unable to sleep at night because of hip pain. He helped me build up my weak muscles and now I am much better! Thank you!

I had Keshon a couple of times and Trinity was a helper. They both did a great job. Everyone was very friendly. I can't say enough about Nideo. He was my main therapist. He did an excellent job personalizing my needs. You could tell all 3 of them enjoyed their job and cared about the people they worked with. I would recommend anyone to go to Steppin'Up PT.

Nideo Foster was able to work through and find my issue, which ended up being a pretty complex thing to fix. He continued to research and put a lot of effort in to make sure that I was able to be in much less pain, along with finding a treatment plan to help fix the pain I have been in for years. I would 10/10 recommend working with him.

I had a great here for therapy. I feel 100% now and I can walk and stand better than when I came in. I worked with Keshon and Jorge and the people here are great. I totally recommend this place for therapy. Thank you
