Steppin' Up Physical Therapy

I’m very pleased with the progress I made at Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy! I just assumed I’d need surgery on my arm due to arthritis. After a few weeks of PT, my range of motion is very good and pain is all but gone. Thanks Maddie, Isabelle and Jen up front.

I had pain and swelling in my knee, and after several sessions at Steppin’ Up, I have more flexibility, range of motion, and strength. Maddie is very knowledgeable, and she helped me understand my condition: arthritis and bursitis. She and Hanna taught me stretches and strength exercises. I particularly liked using the Pilates reformer with Hanna. Maddie was good at massaging my knee area. I also had ultrasound and TENS therapy, which was helpful. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is non-intimidating. I highly recommend Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy.

I will have to start out saying that I had a great experience at Stepping Up. I enjoyed working with both Lauren and Isabelle. They were both very friendly, very helpful and very caring. All the other staff members were very friendly also. If I ever need any physical therapy again this is the place I would go, but as we all know I hope I never have to. I just graduated from PT from Steppin' Up and it was a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. I especially had great service and guidance from Maddie and Emily. They both helped me in my journey to getting stronger and were both a joy to work with. Steppin Up Physical Therapy, has been a Great Place for Therapy! Everyone is Very Kind, Helpful, I have gotten Excellent Therapy to Help with My Sciatica Pain! My Therapist Isabel has done a Wonderful Job, Working with me! She is Very Kind, Sweet, Helpful & Makes me Feel Very Comfortable! She is doing a Great Job, Trying to Relieve my Sciatic Pain! That I have had for 3 Months, I Feel anyone would be Very Blessed to Try Steppin Up Physical Therapy! I am sure they would Work Very Hard, to Help anyone to get Feeling their Very Best!

Hanna Was Awesome. I started out barely able to walk after a very severe spinal surgery. I was using a cane and struggling with basic movement. Hanna patiently and diligently worked with me over the course of about 7 months. I now have good range of motion and a lot of my strength back. I will always have some issues due to the level of surgery I had. Hanna gave me hope and encouragement and I feel I can function in the future due to her guidance. She gave me the tools to get my life back. In a word AWESOME THANK YOU HANNA. I would Highly Recommend Hanna for any of your P.T. Needs.

Therapists were all very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating. They work with me in line with my abilities and goals. Great to work with. Maddie was super in all she did. All the other young ladies were fabulous. Will definitely be going back when I need help.

Amazing team, amazing atmosphere. I had the pleasure to come here for physical therapy and 1000% recommend this place for anyone! The team here was always welcoming from the moment you come in, knowledgeable in their profession, and very personable and fun! Steppin’ Up physical therapy is my “go to” for any future PT needs that I may have. Isabelle and Ashley were outstanding and explored a variety of therapy options to fit my needs. They are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely positive people to be around. You will also appreciate Jen, their administrative assistive who always has a smile and greets you by name. Everyone is wonderful and helped get me back to running!
