Steppin' Up Physical Therapy

I had a wonderful experience at Steppin' Up PT on Lahmeyer Road. I was treated for TMJ and was not overly thrilled to add 2 PT appointments a week into an already busy schedule! However, Liz was great and my jaw pain was excruciating when I started and now is pretty much non-existent. I am so thankful and enjoyed working with her!

I can not rave enough about the therapists I saw during my treatment. Amazing staff, great knowledge and connection. I saw Sam, Sarah and Taylor... just WOW!! Thank you ladies!

I obviously (5 stars) have been 100% satisfied with the people employed at Steppin’ up on Lahymeyer…I’ve needed PT a couple of times for back, & knee problems. I love the fact that only one person work’s with you through a whole session! They’re knowledgeable, they welcome any questions you may have, and are quick to answer them. The facility is very clean, and the check in gal’s are super! It’s my place to go when PT is called for! A special shout out to Riley, Emily, & can’t forget Liz😉

I’ve had so many years of lower back pain. Riley has been the most amazing and compassionate PT I have ever had. He has alleviated so very much of the pain that I have had for many years. After a brief stay in the hospital, I was prescribed some physical therapy. We chose Steppin Up because my husband had had used them previously and had great results. What a beautiful facility and all of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.. For most of my sessions I was scheduled with Emily. Such a professional, warm hearted and kind young lady. She ran me through my exercises and never left my side. All the while she was being working with me she was attentative to my needs, listening to my concerns and asking the proper questions she was wearing a smile. Everyone was cheerful and considerate making my sessions enjoyable. I would recommend Steppin Up for your physica therapy needs.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy from both Sam and Riley at the Lahmeyer clinic. Both therapists were knowledgeable, compassionate, and helped my with pain in my left hip and weak left leg improve. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely go again, if needed.

Therapists Sarah and Samantha both helped me make great progress. They were very knowledgeable and encouraging along the way, as well as very pleasant to work with. I feel equipped to continue my therapy at home and really appreciated the tips I received for how to safely perform everyday activities without injury. Everyone on the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Love the staff and therapists at the Lahmeyer office. The scheduling/front office staff, Brooke and Jayma are friendly and helpful. Liz, Sara and Sam have been wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable and made PT fun. Liz has been helping me with my PT the past few months, she is inventive and works very hard to ensure my goals are being met. Thank you!

I received wonderful treatment for my ankle and shoulder from Riley and Sam at the Lehmeyer Rd facility. They are warm and friendly and made sure they clearly explained the exercise I was going to be working on and if needed they would adjust it to fit my need. They also made sure I understood and could do the home exercises I was given. The best thing was I had the same two therapists throughout my entire session. Other staff members that I had contact with were very caring and considerate. Brook who handled the front desk was always willing to work with you on scheduling dates and notifying you right away if there were any changes. Ethan who helped with my heat and tens treatment would make sure I was comfortable and check on my needs if any. These are a great group of professionals that care about their clients and the work they do. I would highly recommend their services and would go back if I would ever have the need.

A big thank you to Step Up Therapy on Lahmeyer Road the professional staff far exceeded my expectations. I looked forward of going to therapy to see the friendly staff and knowing that I was going to be better after each session. I worked with several different staff members which all were amazing with their knowledge and enthusiasm. I graduated today, which means today was my last day for therapy.Meanwhile when was leaving the building until I got home my eyes were glassy with a few tears.
