The facilities: although the total square footage may be less than other gyms, they've organized the layout perfectly! There is an open space with turf for tire flips, sled pull/push, TRX, free weights, medicine balls, physioballs, resistance bands, etc. The cardio equipment is along the windows so you can see outside. They have a good mix of machines and racks. I use the huge variety of resistance bands that they have (small and large looped and handled). You can even use an app to play music you want on the gym speakers! I never tried it but I saw poster announcements for it. If you plan accordingly, there is enough equipment to have exhausting and creative workouts here!The staff: super friendly, very approachable, excellent customer service. One time I was walking around the entire gym looking for a wall to throw the medicine ball agains. A Personal Trainer politely caught my attention and asked if I needed help. She then pointed me to a great wall that wouldn't be damaged by the medicine ball. Another time I spoke with the Office Manager who looked into my membership fees to see if I was eligible for a student discount. She had maintained my best interest on the forefront and told me I already had a great deal. Jeff, one of the owners, has provided *excellent* customer service during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been corresponding via email due to my unique circumstance at not being a permanent resident of Fort Worth and unable to continue my membership with them. Jeff was patient, prompt and thorough with his email correspondence.Thank you @Anytime Fitness Fort Worth for giving me a great experience all-around!

Worst staff I’ve encounter with anytime fitness and I use them all over the country. Drive the 5 min extra to a better staffed anytime
