This gym is great on the morning as it isn't too busy yet, but the evenings are very busy. New equipment and top of the line cardio and weight machines. Great training area as well. The pool area is clean and well maintained.

I came in to check it out and days later I upgraded, this gym has all new equipment and Olympic weights for those heavy lifters, sauna and steam room, towel service, huge basketball court and great workout room plus the cycling room is amazing. It's an all new gym so everything is extremely new and definitely worth an upgrade.
