I really liked the classes I attended. Ashley was very nice and a good instructor. The only thing I didn’t like was the snobby, know it all, pseudo alpha, guy that took it upon himself to move my mat and water without my consent because he didn’t like where I was. He’s lucky I didn’t deck him. Any time or any other place, I would’ve given him the business, but I was already in the zone and it wasn’t worth losing my drishti. People should really mind their own business and not touch or disrupt those that just want to get their workout. Other than that, I received a good workout and felt like Ashley was challenging the class and help us improve our health and mental well-being.

I’ve been practicing here for a couple of years. Starting as a beginner we always had guidance as we build up strength. Instructors often offer alternative positions for different postures and history of injuries. Always reminding us to listen to our bodies. With time I have noticed a difference in my practice and my overall quality of life.

While I truly like this, I got an infection twice being there, so I can't do it continually as they want you to do! The place is clean to the eye, but not clean enough for my body - body knows best in this case how clean a place is. The problem I have is the package deal; obviously I can't afford $23 per day nor can I afford to go every single day- even if I do get a bundle; sad. I'm blaming it on the package deal without being able to be used liberally and the body :( It was a horrible experience with the infection that would not go away had to go to hospital.

Came here for the 1st time and it was great. I am experienced in Bikram but these classes were extremely challenging. I personally wouldn't suggest these to a beginner yogi or someone recovering from any injuries as these classes tend to focus on pushing the body to its maximum rather than working within what your body can handle in that moment. It wasn't what I expected but I plan on returning with the expectation of being challenged.

I came here with my mom (beginner yogi). The intro package is great. Low price for many classes. However, the quality of the classes is low-in my opinion. Why? A few of the instructors only explain the proper position on postures. As a beginner, my mother was doing many poses incorrectly which caused her to injure herself. She only appreciated the classes with the instructor that actually explained the proper positioning of the body in a pose. Another reason I don’t like this instruction is because a few of the instructors focused on pushing the body versus being within your mind and body and meeting its capacity without forcing a pose it’s not ready to do. For example having a newbie gym-goer dead lift 100lbs. If you are really flexible already and have tons of experience as a yogi, this place is convenient, economical, and ok to go to, but defiantly, not a top place in North Orange County when it comes to mind body connection.

I started Bikram Yoga after hearing it from friends. The first day was a little difficult but as soon as I participated on the second day, I felt more acclimated to the environment and adapted fairly quickly in the days that followed. I ended up doing the 30 day challenge. Day 8 and so far it was all worth it. I feel de-stressed, my skin is cleansed, my heart rate was up, and I have a calm focused mind to take on the world. I recommend anyone to try Bikram Yoga Fullerton.

Looking for a good sweat sesh? - You've come to the right place. I've only been doing bikram yoga for a couple months but I am seriously addicted to these intense group sessions here at the fullerton location. Kaiyan (is that how you spell her name?) and the rest of the staff here at this location are superb. They know how to really set the pace and lead the sessions. You can tell Kaiyan is truly passionate about her work and it shows through her constant dedication to the class.Give it a shot, you might just end up loving it. Pro-tip, bring some extra towels for that car ride home. :)

This yoga. What a love/hate relationship. The heat, the 90 long hot torturous minutes, those bendy little yogis in the front row. But just when you think you hate it, a wave of calm washes over you, a sense of a huge weight being lifted off your shoulders, and you know you will never live without this yoga again.A tip for beginners: Don't give up after your first class!!!!! I know you'll want to, but DON'T! The feeling you have after this class is WORTH IT!

People who are devoted to hot yoga practice say they get all kinds of benefits. Benefits that stand out and touted most often for me is detoxification! I believe in what they said about heavy sweating helps flush toxins. Bikram Yoga Fullerton is the place for me, I fell in love with it not only because of the health benefits but because of the people at the studio. Not only are they great yoga teachers, they are very knowledgeable as well. They create a friendly environment and most pleasant for everybody. I highly recommend it! Let's get our sweats on at Bikram Yoga Fullerton!
