I absolutely love this gym, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean, well sanitized and the layout is Easley maneuverable

Great staff plus all the weight machines are in excellent condition. My wife loves the classes and our kids love coming along to play in the childcare area.

My local fitness center. I like it. Except this one time this girl was bothered by my presence. She also had a crucifix i was expecting a positive reaction but was slighlty rude with no appreciation of my presence as a man bieng there. She couldve been a bisexual. Who knows.

Had a bad experience with manager Yuni today! She came in and interrupted the 815AM Zumba class, and asked me to move claiming that was not giving enough space to the instructor. The usual etiquette is to spread your arms out and do a circle around you to give someone next to you enough room to move which I did! And if there's an issue, the instructor takes control and managers the class not an ousider coming in and interrupting the class and asking people to move without the request of the instructor!! It was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable and I ended up leaving a few minutes later. When I went and complained , she eventually appologized and asked what can she do to make it up and I said maybe some credits for a monthly membership?....and her answer was a flat NO....I cant do that. No counter offer! No problem, I am going to check out LA Fitness and give them a try. 9/12

I was on Auto Payments and had to get a new credit card because I lost the previous card.Chuze tried to charge my old card 4 times without contacting me to let me know that it had been declined.Working in Property Management and dealing with these types of issues, as a professional, we follow certain protocols in regards to these types of situations. We contact the tenants to let them know that there card had been declined and try to figure out a way to obtain the payment before waiting for additional fees to be accrued.Chuze not once tried to contact me.Chuze management waited for fees to go higher before contacting MasterCard. Very unprofessional and no sense of business ethics.Used a card not on file to charge my account double what my monthly payment is.Bad business.Feels illegal for a company to charge a card without it being on file or communicating with the customer at all.Canceling membership after 2 years because of the ethical standards and unprofessional-ism of management.

Clean and very friendly place. After being a member for 8 months now I can say it’s the best gym in Fullerton. It’s got all the equipment you need for a low price that others can’t beat.

Kinda sad that a company refuses to refund you for months not used. I managed for a company that had monthly subscription services and we would gladly refund customers that haven’t used it. Also, make sure you’re very clear when you want to cancel your membership. Because if there’s any doubt and it doesn’t get closed, they’ll charge you again and guess what? No refund for that either.

I tried many different gyms and I gotta say this is my number 1 fav gym. I love the theater. and the sauna. it's full of different types of machines. I really like the studio of mirrors they have there. Zumba is one of my favorite classes. you could buy drinks and there is child care. upstairs and downstairs. has hydromassagers. tanning. overall it's awesome. definitely recommend.

My rating is based almost entirely on the front desk staff. Great group of people!This gym is a good stepping stone from Planet Fitness before going to a Gold’s or 24 Hour. Lots of cardio equipment and clean facility.My issue, and why I’m choosing to move to another gym, is the clientele. I’ve been a member at a wide variety of gyms over the last 25 years so I have seen a wide variety of gym members. ChuzeFitness, I’ve been to a few different locations, prides itself on a “less attitude” philosophy. While this sounds great, in reality it’s resulted in pretty poor member behavior. Free weights, particularly dumbbells, aren’t replaced in their proper spot but rather in an rack that is closest to the person. Member might also use 3-4 sets of dumbbells even during peak hours. This behavior is commonly policed by more experienced members at other gyms, however with the “less attitude” philosophy at ChuzeFitness, this behavior is rampant. Basically this gym is the embodiment of the cartoon version of the gym most people try to avoid. Plus there are teenagers just taking up space in the free weight area texting or posting to Instagram rather than actually lifting.Again, great front desk staff but the members make this gym not so great. Oh and be careful in the parking lot as people LOVE to drive the wrong way down aisles.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chuze. They had a five star in my book even before they got real powerlifting equipment. I very sadly had to cancel my membership due to moving far away but during my time there I experienced friendly staff, a clean facility, and great equipment, all for ridiculously affordable prices. Unfortunately, I now have to pay three times as much for a gym that pales in comparison. If you live near a Chuze, you would be a fool to even THINK about joining anywhere else. Thank you Chuze for the best overall gym experience ever. I miss you already!
