Love this gym! Since I’m a senior member I’m thankful for a gym that keeps me moving and l love that everyone is basically doing the same workout at the same time! I’ve made great friends along the way which makes for a fun time!

This is one the few CrossFit gyms that does it right. They have structure to their classes, the coaches care about safety and healthy movement, and every class of fun! Recommend CrossFit Saved to everyone!

Went here originally because I broken my wrist and my sister who went there told me John was knowledgeable about stretches and exercises to regain my strength and mobility. John worked with me and helped my recovery free of charge. Once my wrist healed I joined the gym and got a membership simply based off the type of person John is. Been here for 7 years now

I’ve been a member going on 2 years and i absolutely love it here . They offer nutrition and go over techniques so you won’t injure yourself and get the best out of the workout. Every day is a different workout , and they motivate you and track your progres . They have such a family friendly environment, even pregnant women can come and workout , they adjust the workout if you have an injury . They have flexible hours , very early morning , mid morning , mid day and afternoon and late afternoon . They get to know your strengths and areas that need correction and are very helpful and achieving your goals 🙂I lost over 25 lbs and build muscle and my health is at its best it’s been in years 😀 come check this place out 😎

Finding CFS and becoming a member has changed my life. It’s been the best investment I’ve made for myself. The coaches and the entire community are truly the most supportive and best people to be surrounded by. Quality training and quality nutrition. I’m proud to call CFS my forever gym home/family.

Working out at Crossfit Saved is the most important thing I do to keep my body healthy. I’m 71. The coaches are great. They scale the workouts for my skill level. I highly recommend Crossfit Saved.

I still remember I said I would never join a gym like this, because I liked just going in getting my workout done and leaving. 🤷♀️I started with nutrition coaching and I ended up loosing 12lbs in 12 weeks and decided to give the CrossFit side a chance..and man did I fall in love lol, I enjoy that every workout challenges me to push myself, I am so much stronger than I thought lol. Hitting those personal records is amazing. Don’t be intimidated by CrossFit, give it a chance and you might be surprised.Best of all, I’ve made some pretty great friendships! Even if I choose violence everyday 😝

233lb -> 195lb!Fitness and nutrition coaching helped me see what my body is capable of and be smart about what I eat while still being able to eat nachos.We have a great community from people who have been coming for 4 years or just a few weeks.
