If you want something that’s going to take the guesswork out of what exercises you should be doing and how to do them, if you want to feel motivated and held accountable, if you need something to help you get started (or-restarted like me), then you will love it here! Not only do I get in an amazing workout, everyone I’ve met since I joined has been so welcoming and friendly. No egos or intimidation - just an incredible place to work on you.
