The concept makes sense. I do not sweat easily and sweating is necessary for maximum output. We can reserve our own booth for up to 90 minutes and sweat with or without working out.

I went in for a free trial workout. The associate that helped me was Ivan. He was really great, and did an amazing job of explaining the technology, the tools, and why the workouts were so good! He then set me up to do one of the workouts and I really liked it! It was really hard, but it felt like I got a good workout in a short amount of time. he then explain to me all the plan options, and incentives. I didn’t end up joining, but he was such a great associate that in the future I may be back. Thank you Ivan.

I love hotworx because you are able to control the intensity of your workout. I was able to shed weight the first month. The absolute great part is that Lo greats you always with a smile and words if encouragement.

This gym is hot 🔥 it opened in June & we have been going since then consistently 4-5 days a week! Get your sweat on in the awesome hot 🔥 infrared saunas. They are open 24 hours for their members and the owners and staff are so welcoming and helpful. They even have a mini weight room. Enough if this... I really enjoy coming here since they opened in June. You can adjust the temperature of the sauna rooms so if you don't like it very hot you can just turn it down. The app is really easy to use for booking appointments and they are open 24 hours. You can unlock the door using an app when there is no staff there. Very clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to try something new and fun. Having a virtual instructor allows you to go at your own pace but offers a challenge if you're up for it.
