Thank you Zarfeen for creating a safe space to explore wellness. I attended a sound bath with yoga movement and it was lovely. The studio was clean, the ambiance was magical, and the studio had all the props and equipment I needed. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a smile that was warm and inviting. The space had beautiful things to look at and purchase. It was easy to check in. The prices were reasonable. As I left I felt this was a great space to be in community with like minded people. Parking was easy. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Been going to Kosha for years now — this space is such a treat!!! There’s a diverse selection of teachers and classes available, from beginner to more challenging. They’ve created such a cozy and intimate environment. One of my favorite studios, highly recommend :)

Having to give a few less stars here, although the studio is nice and the instructors were cool, I was not made aware that I was put on an autopay plan by anyone at time of purchase, I was also promised discounted months ahead so not sure why they charged full price, I attended the first month I purchased and found I could not make class times. They charged my card a second time the second month and I attempted 3 times via email to reach out to them to cancel because there is no way to turn off autopay on their website, I then finally called to ask for a refund and to cancel autopay, their excuse for not refunding me was that they get charged fees for refunds by their credit card processor, I am a business owner also and this is completely false and a poor excuse. Unfortunately I have to dispute the charge and definitely won't be returning to this studio again. Very poor customer service and I basically had $140 stolen from me this month as i Did not even use their service. They claimed that they put all over their website that you are on auto pay however I saw nothing at time of sign up and was not informed in person when I initially paid that there was autopay.

Wonderful studio! Great teachers! Zarfeen is building an amazing community. Studio is clean and beautiful. So many different types of classes for all different levels.

The nicest yoga/ Pilates place in town! I absolutely loved the classes I took there and the detailed guidance from the instructors. The Pilates classes were fast paced and challenging, and surely my favorites. Would highly recommend checking it out!

I started at Kosha 5 studio last month and totally love it! This is the first time I took yoga and I’d been coming here at least 3 times a week. The Achieve app is user friendly to book classes. I love the Pilate classes they offered. My husband also noticed that I my body is toned up. The place is clean, relaxing, and intimate. Zafeen the owner is very friendly and nice. All instructors are good. Hala, Steph, Chidimma.

Such wonderful studio with fabulous instructors! They offer a variety of classes to take so I was able to take what I want on any specific day. The studio is also very clean. I totally recommend this studio for beginners as well as pros.

I’m grateful that Kosha5 is the start of my Yoga journey. I love that they have classes with different levels for everyone. If you have been to any of their classes, you can feel the passion and expertise of their instructors. I find myself looking forward to their classes every week. It feels wonderful to practice Yoga with passionate instructors and other lovely students. Please don’t hesitate and sign up to the studio!

I've been taking yoga classes here for the past 3 months and I love it! All the instructors here are so supportive. This business has helped me along my journey to get into tip top shape! I love how they share new content such as balance poses, stretches, and offer breathing exercises. The studio is very clean, organized and they have a nice display to buy yoga equipment or gear! The Yoga studio staff, owner and community are excellent!

There is a very calming and relaxing atmosphere in the studio. I attended a Calm class and I really enjoyed it. The instructors and the lady at the entrance are friendly. A Halloween raffle ticket was handed out to the class, and I won a cute water bottle. Thank you!
