The Mythic BJJ studio and atmosphere are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Coach Jeffs technique and teaching ability is above and beyond. Great place for kids and adults!

This place is a conglomerate of awesome coaches and awesome training partners. The coaches all work to share their knowledge with every student and help them work towards their goal weather it's competitive or recreational. If you or your kids want to learn martial arts this is a really special spot!

Phenomenal school and Professor. I worked for UFC Gym where I met Jeff (I now work for Gold's Gym, and Jeff now has Mythic BJJ). I never met someone so humble and supportive in my life. The mats are clean, and sanitary, I say this as a maintenance manager who's job IS GYM SANITAZION. Don't listen to over sensitive reviewers who think sweat is "icky." They just weren't cut out for Jiu Jitsu, poor dudes.

I met Jeff at another gym and started my training because he’s such a kind and trustworthy person. When he decided to start Mythic, it was a no-brainer for many of us to follow him. Jeff and his other coaches are amazing.The new location is plenty spacious, but the family atmosphere is still the same. If you are an experienced grappler looking for a new home, you’ll get plenty of tough rounds and will be able to improve your game without having to conform to a specific style. If you are thinking about starting your journey, I can’t imagine a better environment to learn Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll get great coaching from Jeff, Jamie, and the higher belts.I am forever indebted to Jeff for making Jiu-Jitsu fun and such a major part of my life.PS: there are other martial arts practiced at Mythic, but I personally didn’t participate in those. You might want to try them out too while you’re on the free trial to experience the full menu.

When Jeff opened his academy, a lot of us migrated over from UFC Gym La Mirada to his school. That says a lot about his character and charisma. The amount of time spent debating whether or not you should swing by, you would already be here! Ignore the negative comment(s). You know you're doing something right when someone's trying to bring you down.

Awesome team at Mythic BJJ..Professor Jeff and the team were so welcoming and knowledgeable..I've done bjj for years but wanted to check out an Eskrema class as my boy and I would love to learn this style. Today was our 1st class and it was great. The coach was patient and yet gave us guidance to several sequences which he based on our ability to practice them...cant wait to go back and also do the other classes they offer. Thanks Mythic Bjj

Jeff is a Great instructor and one of the most down time earth people. They have GREAT programs, with tons of class options. After taking a break for years Jeff remained patient and supportive and encouraged me to get back on the mats. Definitely recommend this to anyone.
