The guy in the front I think he said his name is Brian , was being rude and made me feel unwelcome . I thought planet fitness was suppose to be a Judge free zone!

This is a terrific gym with very professional staff, always always clean, not too crowded, and the black spa is accessible. If I live in Fullerton again or near, I'll definitely go here again.But not all planet fitness gyms are equal. Rock Springs, Wyoming is also super well ran. The one in Kennewick, WA is horrible. Far too many membership sold so it is crowded, and the place is just plain dirty. Poor maintenance on the machines. That's how it goes when a place is greedy by selling too many memberships.

Parking is pretty packed here, every time we've come to this location it's kind of hard to find parking near the entrance. They close the bathroom a little early before closing so be sure to use that early if you need it. My husband was frustrated today because people were "reserving" machines but not even using them. 😩 (It was a machine that were only two of and one was being "reserved" the whole time we were there)Also apparently this location used to be 24 hours and they just recently changed it. 🥲
