Ignorant management. They allow idiots to take video photography in the lockerroom like it's completely normal, no matter how much you try to bring this issue to their attention, no one cares.

I’m going to be cancelling my membership and moving to a different gym. It’s just way too crowded with this new program. I’m a paying customer and I can’t even use any of the machines. To anyone thinking of signing up for this, don’t!

I really appreciate the tem here. My sister has mental health issues and they never say anything to us about her seating in the waiting area when we're working out. Thank you

The Handi cap shower is broken for the past 5 months. So many issues with the whole showers from leaking to dirty. I am really shocked how the Fire Department have not issued any citation or the city take their permit for the handicap showers, but I will be sure to file a complaint with the city about that.

I love this gym and always enjoy my workouts here. I can use any location but this is my main one. They're just a clean and brand new looking as the day they opened.

Weights are left all over the place. Guests will hold on to a bench & not even use it, keeping others from working out. Multiple occasions paper towel dispensers to clean are empty along with no hand sanitizer. Not enough dumbbells for multiple guests to use during peak hours, especially the lighter weights. It's time to cancel my membership here & move on to a different gym.

Johann was very rude i have ptsd and being disabled he made it harder on me to check in.i have a memory issue I told him to look me up using my I d he kept Insisting to tell him my phone number. He was very rude I asked him not to talk to me anymore and to assist others and he continued to harass me. After I finished my workout I asked for information to contact his boss and as I was leaving he said sarcastically have a nice day. This is my home gym I’m disabled when I come in later this week I hope you guys sit him down and explain to him that his job is to make it easier for us and not him.

UPDATE: this is my home gym unfortunately and the new girl with the curly hair in the AM is super rude, I think she even called me a name when I walked out. I think she said “bye b*tch” to her coworker in the pink. Very unprofessional, hope they get rid of her. This isn’t for the counter people this review is for the cleaning woman or housekeeper in the early AM. She’s very rude and unprofessional. She takes it personally if she’s cleaning and you either need the bathroom or shower. She gives you dirty looks and when I showered, she was throwing stuff around, sounded like she was slamming doors and kicking stuff around because I was in the shower it was 5:15 and she was doing this, wasn’t like 3-4 am it was 5:15... around when everyone had to get ready for work. She even was pulling the shower curtains near me hard, like angry and she even went to the next stall beside me and “cleaned it” while I was showering I say “cleaned it” because it was already cleaned. She only went back to that shower stall near me because I put my shoes by both showers and she proceeded to wet my shoes. Even though the shower stall was already cleaned. She needs to reevaluate her job because you can’t be a cleaner and not expect people to use the stuff you are cleaning especially at the gym. She needs another job choice then because guess what? People use bathrooms and showers. I try my hardest to not make huge messes like the other gym goers but now I am not going to care and make messes too. Scr*w her.., I’m done being polite and getting mean and dirty looks from that cleaner. For the record she’s short, curly hair and wears glasses. I’m done being considerate with her especially after she wet my shoes on purpose.
