This training program is by far the best I have ever done. Great equipment in a clean facility with amazing staff/coaches. I've been an active member for the past 5 years and have lost 20 lbs in first few months. I am constantly seeing new results and feeling stronger & happier everyday! The best part is the constant attention you receive from the coaches, no matter how many people show up for class there is always someone there to help you and push you to do heavier weight and more reps and they are always switching it up to challenge you! The place is super clean. During COVID the zoom sessions were so helpful to keep me motivated and interact with other members. The membership fee is fractional to what I could have spent on doctor visits, had I not joined this wonderful family where everyone is encouraging and super fun! Can't get enough of this place!
