Coach Ken is a great coach. He truly cares about your goals, not only your weight goals but your life goals ( the big picture ). Going with him made me realize how important it is to believe in yourself. My workout was at 530am, I would fight with myself to get up but once I was done with my workout, I was more energized and ready to conquer my day. We get so caught up in our daily lives and forget the big picture, well coach Ken will remind you.I highly recommend coach Ken !

Coach Ken has literally changed my life both physically and mentally. It's like getting a workout and personal development classes at the same time. I feel stronger in all aspects of my life and can take on the world. I have taken different trainers and have had difficulty finding a perfect balance of pushing me hard yet still motivating to come back. With Ken I have found that perfect balance where I am able to stay consistent for many months and enjoy attending every session while seeing results. I have lost the weight I wanted, gained muscle, and have an overall healthier lifestyle.I highly recommend trying out Coach Ken and you can't get a better deal then 3 introductory sessions for $20. His timing and scheduling is incredibly flexible and he is always adaptable to a busy schedule. Ken is an amazing trainer. He is very patient and really cares about his clients. He motivates you and pushes you to do your best. I was ready for a change and I am glad I found Ken. At first, I didn't think I could do many of the exercises. Ken was so patient despite my constant whining. However, he made me believe in myself, helped me changed my mindset, and little by little I am becoming more confident. I definitely recommend Ken if you are looking for a true change in your life.
