You need to take the “restore” class with Susan. Your body will feel rejuvenated. I take this class almost once a week.

FINALLY! For me, this is the workout I’ve been searching for.Host of physical injuries has kept me from having a strong core. I also HATE core exercises with a passion. and YET this works.I enjoy the variety of every class, sure same moves but different order different lengths of time using different accessories. I like having some same instructors and then there is a new sub! Brings different approach or awareness in the journey.I wasn’t promised anything but encouraged to press on and listen to my body. It’s like any workout program you get what you put into it. Right now my back fat has gotten out if it! haha!Try and intro class for free and enjoy the opportunity.

Club Pilates is my escape to rejuvenate and relax my mind, body, and soul. Once you learn the moves and how to read your muscles, you will find as extensive a work out as you desire. The instructors and staff are so welcoming and caring to all new and existing clients. Everyone is super encouraging and supportive, making time to laugh along with each other. It doesn’t take long to feel like you are part of this extended Pilates family.
