Cool gym. The front desk is nice and professional. They are always willing to lend a hand and help out a member. I gotta give a shoutout to Annalicia though! She is always offering a friendly smile and warm welcome to the gym. Her high energy and bright smile helps keeps us evening members motivated. When she used to work in the evening she always made time to help a member. She an awesome employee! Sean is also cool too :)

The management at Fit Factory, and the customer care are top notch in my opinion. I have been to most gyms in the area and this one is the best in atmosphere, members, and staff. Clay, is the manager and is always so friendly and helpful! He will go out of his way to make sure things are done right and customers are satisfied. BEST GYM IN GARLAND!

This is one of the best gyms I have visited by far! The staff are super friendly, especially Edith, and the gym is always very clean and organized! I have been a part of this gym for almost 2 years now and I have no plans of changing!

I've tried out so many different gyms and this one got every machine I need for my workout. Even the workers are really nice especially the front desk girl Edith. Recommend being a member here!!

I have been a coming here for less than a year. Today was the 3rd time (for me) no one was here to open the gym (Sunday). People waiting outside, furious. Also need to mention if I take longer than a 2 minute shower, it’s a cold one. …

Been a member for about 3 months and have no complaints. Area is clean, there are various types of equipment, and I always feel safe here. Every morning Anna welcomes us in and overall I just feel comfortable coming!

Small but clean gym. 100% of the time that I visit, there is someone cleaning. Rarely have I been when it’s crowded. Front desk staff is friendly and remember you when you walk in. Anna at the front desk is awesome.

This gym is always clean and all of the equipment is well maintained. Annalicia is always friendly and helpful in the mornings and that’s consistent across the rest of the team as well. I’ve had memberships with a few other gyms and Fit Factory is the best of them all.

Annalicia is such an amazing person to have greeting me every morning. She actually knows me by name and always gives me towels before I even have time to ask. Her smile is genuine and heartfelt which helps me start my workouts with a better mindset. If she can smile that early and do her job in the spirit of excellence then I can show up and this workout my best. She is very inspirational

I’ve been going to fit factory for 5 months now and all I can say is it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. All the workers there are so kind and encouraging, and they always have a smile on their face! Sal and Edith are who I typically see whenever I go, and they’re so friendly and welcoming. To anyone who is considering going to this gym, please do, it’s community is unlike any other!
