Great gym!! This place has everything you need to get in shape.I would describe this place as a serious, no frills, gym for anyone, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey, who wants to get fit. Unlike other gyms, they aren't selling you on fancy locker rooms, unnecessary juice bars, or tanning beds that you'll probably never use. They have all the lifting, cardio, stretching, and HIIT equipment you could need. Come in, work hard, go home. I love it!!The staff is extremely friendly and from what I've seen very willing and capable to help if you need it. Definitely would recommend this gym!
