I've been a member of Balance Fit for close to 1 year now, and have done personal training, group training, and an intensive 8-week small group nutrition & strength training class. Coming to class at Balance is so much more personal and directed than where I used to work out at a large gym. The 1-1 relationships you develop with trainers and other clients is great. And so are the results - I've never left the studio feeling anything other than exhausted ;)

Garrett is great to work with. He listens to you and works with you based on your abilities, goals and level of experience. This is not a "one size fits all" program. You will sweat and be challenged! But that's exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. Very highly recommended.

I have been working out at Balance Fitness for almost a year. I have always been active running, cycling, and cross county skiing, but I wasn’t feeling strong anymore. Once I started taking the classes I noticed a huge positive shift in my energy level and strength. I never dread a workout at Balance Fitness - I wake up looking forward to the class (even at 5:00am). If you want to get fit or take your fitness to a new level - this is the place and Garrett and his team will get you there.
