First of all, if you have any sort of stomach issues, I’m sorry but this probably isn’t the place for you. There’s 3 stalls in the mens restroom, and as of currently, 2 of the 3 are out of order. Now add this current generation of kids who can’t keep their phone out of their face when doing anything, and you’re in for a long wait to use the restroom. This place is never not extremely packed, so getting a machine or cardio equipment is never easy. A lot of the front desk employees are too interested in their conversations to speak to you when you’re checking in, although some of them are very kind.

Went to this gym for years and had no issues. The place eventually became way too crowded and impossible to work out using specific machines in any meaningful time frame. When attempting to cancel my membership the management decided to argue over a $25 fee and hang up on me. They then called me back to say they would waive the fee and, as a hilarious side note, accuse me of hanging up the first call when I clearly heard the physical phone being placed onto a receiver. Not sure who hired the extremely petty manager that wants to fight people but they need an attitude check or they need a new job that isn't customer service.

Okay so I get that it's a business and all but I don't appreciate cold calling. Like my fiance went there to tour and she listed me down as an emergency contact. And that's cool and all, she's my fiance so yeah if something happened I would want to know. But don't call me asking me to join when I didn't even put my name down nor did I even fill any application giving them permissionto call me. And I just find out that they called her mom as well trying to get her to sign up. Again, I get the need to get people to join and that some places offer incentives to employees who do. But unsolicited calling is a really bad look on any company and screams "please join my gym, we're desperate and badly want you here because our business is terrible." Like I'm sure they might have a really nice gym and what not, but them cold calling me like that especially while at work is not okay, and I will definitely not he joining the gym in the foreseeable future

Eos fitness cheats people. They advertise 0 enrollment fee and gets 51$ in additional without telling us. I joined 6 months before with 50$ enrollment fee they never told me about annual fee on top of enrollment fee . I made sure I asked more than once on other fees but they said nothing else. They get our signature on the monitors which doesn’t show any information. After a week I saw they took 60+51$ from my account . I tried to call them and I went in and spoke but v poor response and they are not believing me. They are showing my signature on a paper in which it states 51$ annual fee which wasn’t shown to me when I enrolled. I told them to cancel myMembership that also they didnt do . Now they put me into collections and asking me to pay for additional 3 months. It’s a big cheating system no one tells the truth.

Beautiful facility. Snakes for staff. Went in to get a 7 day pass to tour the facility and walked out bamboozled into a $1,000 personal training program. I advised multiple times that I didn’t want to buy anything because my family is currently house-hopping as we wait for our new-build home to be finished therefore I wasn’t looking for that kind of time or money commitment. My requests were ignored and the typical sales tactics continued. The sales rep spewed more expletives than almost any other words, including major blasphemies against religious figures. Unfortunately I caved and said Yes to stop the bleeding. I admit that the Program was good but it just wasn’t the right time with my unique circumstance. After getting home and feeling the embarrassment and shame rush in, I reviewed the contract to see how I could cancel. The contract allows 3 business days to cancel and there are three ways to cancel. I pursued 2/3 options which were email and physical letters. I also called several times to say I wanted to cancel. All within the contractual 3 days. 2 weeks later I got charged the first payment for the personal training contract that I correctly and contractually cancelled before it ever even began. So I reported the charge as fraud to my bank and then called EOS to talk to a manager. Mr. Ashton Young or as he likes to call himself “the world’s greatest” listened to my concerns about the sales tactics and the fraudulent charges and ensured me he would resolve the issue. 14 days. 14 days and 2 follow up emails. The ‘world’s greatest’ never followed up to resolve the issue. So here I am, expressing my experience to the general public. It is a last resort for me as I do not like to make fits or spread negative energy in a world already full of it. But I do feel obliged to save someone else from falling victim to this scam and these feelings. It has been emotionally exhausting to deal with this. I followed all of the protocol and gave adequate patience to this, all the meanwhile EŌS didn’t value me as a customer and cared more about a quick buck. The sad part is that I emphatically stated that I want to remain a member of EOS because it is a great gym and that I just needed help with the PT contract issue. I’ve is been informed by the billing department that the contract is now cancelled, but I owe the first $88 payment, which I will gladly make to resolve this on my own once and for all. My hope is that this review costs EōS fitness more than the $88 it costs me. Beware, and Bless!

Six weeks now that this piece of equipment has been broken. I made a post last week on week five and the response was this; our team is on it, thank you for your patience while we resolve this problem. Imagine if I told EōS that my bank account could only pay 92% of the amount owed each month? Due to technical difficulties my team is working on the issue and we appreciate your patience while the issue is resolved. It would never fly, I would either lose my membership or get some late fee or a credit hit. It’s a shame the door only swings one way. Fix your equipment Tajah Stanton!!

I've been a member for a bit over a year. I really enjoy working out and occasionally swim as well. I love that there are so many pieces of equipment, and even if one is taken there's is usually an alternative to use available. The faculties are in good shape and clean and maintainence is kept up fairly well. It does get crowded especially during prime time but everyone is respectful and get along well.

Note, when you sign up for this place record everything you say or they say. Our card got charged even after we canceled our membership. My husband canceled his card at the beginning because he was too busy to come and a year later we canceled ours too. 4 months later we found out that we are still being charged for our memberships and for my children that were below 10 years old, so we contacted them but they said that we didn’t cancel our memberships. So please record your transactions, etc. it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I have been a member for several years. Generally the place is kept clean. The equipment is kept in good working order. This gym has a very large footprint so it is usually not too hard to find equipment available to workout on. Good staff that smiles a lot. Has a pool which I have never used. Showers are used regularly. I am happy to be a regular user and can recommend this gym. The price is right.
