I honestly can’t express enough how much this center has changed my life. There’s a clear difference between a “gym” and this center. All of the instructors have so much patience with their students! I’m the kind of person that will ask you a question a million times until I understand it, and I’ve never once felt awkward or bad for asking questions like I did at other gyms. Tony has so much passion for what he does, and it’s clear in the way he treats his students! Erica went out of her way to help me when I was injured and couldn’t come in. She made me feel so understood! I provided a doctors note, and she made swift accommodations to help me. They even altered work outs for me when I was able to come back to class! This training has saved my life in more ways than one. With how bad the world is right now, and seeing first hand other gyms out there, I will never train anywhere else. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Tony, Erica, and every instructor that’s helped me. I will continue to walk in peace with my head held high because of you all!!! I was not paid or “incentivized” in anyway to write this review, seems like some people are mad at their other “gyms” they’ve trained at, and are highly confused on who they’re reviewing. They’ve clearly never done business with Tony!

My husband started going here last fall and absolutely loved the environment and the people working there. Due to injuries unrelated to their gym he had to take a leave of absence and the owners were not only understanding but have have checked on us and maintained communication above and beyond.I had the pleasure of meeting one of them while out with my husband and it is a good feeling to know that business owners in the area aren’t just out make to money off of people but actively a part of the local community.It feels good to know my family can learn and work with people whose integrity is obvious to anyone that takes the time to get to know them.

I have been a student here for almost a year, but I've been involved with React Defense since 2016 and love what they do! The empowerment I've felt after regular attendance has been phenomenal. My confidence in my own skin has grown tremendously. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and very willing to explain things in different ways to help you understand. They are very much there for the students, and are teaching skills that keep me from being a victim in a world where just walking down the street could end badly for me. I HIGHLY recommend anyone go and try out their free trial class. It will be worth your time and effort.

This place is awesome and will help anyone become a confident person and get you in great health. The instructors are consistent and everyone including students are encouraging and helpful. All walks of life train here and you will meet some cool people. You will become more aware of you surroundings in this crazy world and know what to do when things get wonky. My wife and I have been training here 2.5 years now and plan to continue. Do not pay attention to any bad reviews here. There are negative people everywhere that will probably never change, so dismiss them. React Defense has shown me a way to stay healthy, be confidence and learn in a non threatening environment. Take advantage of their free first class and see what you are missing. This is a real game changer.

This training is top notch! Over my time here, I have lost weight, toned up, and improved stamina, as well as being equipped to address almost any threat I may face as I go about my day. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! I take classes for self defense. They know a great deal about maintaining your personal safety. They also have classes to keep up your fitness level. Wonderful people that will meet you at your own ability level. Highly recommend.

I have been training with them continuously since 2015. Their training program is well planned and proven. They will get you to your goals and while having a ton of fun in the process. Great staff and excellent facilities. Did I mention the seminars? They are amazing as well and usually address a specific topic or situation (verbal deescalation, home invasion, mass shooter, airplane, etc.). I recommend checking them out to anyone considering fitness or self-defense training.

My daughter and I have been training here for almost a decade. Their seminars, their classes, and their motivation has been out of this world! Never once had an issue with contracts, and for how many classes are offered, the pricing here seriously cannot be beat!! Not to mention-this is the cleanest training facility I’ve ever been into!! Thank you to the instructors at Glendale, for making learning self defense so simple and making us feel right at home. This training could save my life one day. With how bad the world has gotten, I’m so lucky to have found this center. You walk in and feel like family, you walk out feeling like you can do anything. Thank you for giving us our confidence back! So grateful to be a part of this center.

I came for the core workouts and have stayed on for the self defense classes. I love the Glendale location. There is 3 locations and they all have super skilled instructors to get you in shape and confident in defending yourself. It’s a great environment to accomplish both. Highly recommend everyone gives this a try.

If there was an option for 100 stars, this is the only place that would get them! I’m waiting for my daughter to be old enough to come train with me here. There’s classes for anything you can think of! Strength training, bag class, self defense, just WOW. Each class is so heavily equipped with ways to make each journey successful. I had a plan going in, and they exceeded every expectation. Contracts are easy, and they’ll help you however they can! Thank you Erica and Tony, you guys rock! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
