As a trainer myself, I can tell you that Cory and Sabrina are the real deal. Their team is solid and well-versed in powerlifting, but they can also help you with your performance or mobility goals. The powerlifting community can sometimes feel intimidating, but Catalyst is anything but, and Sabrina and Cory go out of their way to show that daily. Give them a shot!

Started training here about 8 months ago and I feel stronger and better equipped to tackle my weight lifting goals than ever. Creative trainers, personal touch, friendly atmosphere where even the other clients are supportive. If your goal is real, functional strength, this is the place to get it.
