I went in for a fascial stretch with Robyn a few weeks ago and I immediately noticed a difference when I walked out (and specifically got back in my car). I have a history of spine issues including arthritis, herniated discs, and a lower spine surgery. I've been able to manage it pretty well with functional strength training but through the pandemic the change in my routine did a number on my spine that I'm still trying to work back from.Robyn is SO knowledgeable and was so helpful in talking through some her thoughts on what could be happening and why and what I could do on my own to help keep my back in a good place. I have another appointment with her this week and I can't wait!

Had a stretch with Becky and I felt like I could climb Mt. Everest after. I didn't feel sore the next day and I my flexibility improved after one visit. It was incredible.The staff and team at Healix made me feel comfortable and also took the time to explain what they were doing and asked questions about my wellness goals! It was a fantastic experience and was SO worth it. I will be back soon!

I had my first appointment at Healix today with Becky. The facility is beautiful with state of the art equipment and wonderful staff. The fascia stretch was so intensive and relaxing. This place offers 1X1 personalized fitness to fit the needs of any level of athlete. Highly recommend for all levels of fitness and anyone interested in learning more about full body wellness.

Every time I get a massage or stretch from Healix, I am a different person walking in vs walking out. Shanon has a gift - hands that can magically take your aches/pains/knots away in one session. All of their therapists are at the top of their field. I cannot recommend Becky and her team enough. Once you try them, it will be hard to go anywhere else for your health and well being needs. They truly are the best of the best!

I consistently do stretch therapy and personal here. My posture is better and my strength has come back to me after missing workouts during covid. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I would highly recommend!
